The listed building with several different levels is not wheelchair accessible.
When visiting the museum, please follow the instructions from the staff and pay attention to the signposting.
Please deposit bags and rucksacks at the entrance.
Dogs are only allowed up to the entrance area.

How to find us
By train: Take the Val Pusteria railway to San Candido station. Taking the Via Stazione and Via P.P. Rainer you can reach the museum north of the collegiate church in about 10 minutes on foot.
By bicycle: Coming from the east and west, you can reach the pedestrian zone via the inter-municipal cycle network. From there it is a 3 minute walk.
By car: You can reach San Candido's village entrances West, Centre or East via the Val Pusteria national road SS49.
Car parking: Parking is available at the village entrances. From there you can walk to the museum in just a few minutes.
